Paypal - a/c limited, cant get money

Hi, 2 weeks ago I made my first sale on ebay, using paypal. Ive recently tried to transfer the money from the paypal holding account into my account but found my a/c to be limited meaning I can not complete the transfer.

I was asked to verify my bank and personal details, and to provide proof of inventory, which I dont have because I bought the piece 2nd hand myself and dont have that receipt, nor do I have the item anymore as I have ebay feedback from a satisfied buyer.

Has anyone been through this before?

All I had to do when verifying my paypal account was ring up and tell them the amount they had credited my nominated account with. There was no proof of inventory needed. I would first concentrate on becoming a verified user as this will most likely sort your issues.
