How realistic is this, or is it cloud cuckoo stuff ?
He wants to mine the shackleton crater on the moon, but do it by sending a mining team up on an expedition to find and mine the fuel they need to get back home again. Could it ever happen to allow us to have, effectively, a fuel station in orbit to help space travel.
He reckons it can be done in 7 years ?

Anyway, the rest of his ideas are pretty stupid. I don't think anyone would fly to the moon in the hope of finding fuel to get back.
It'd be like driving out into the Kalahari with half a tank, expecting to either pass a Shell garage, or just dig for some oil.
