Property auctions in Devon

Myself and my OH are considering buying a property in Devon as a long term investment, specifically around the brixham/paignton area (most of her family live down there). We have just started looking at estate agents websites but I wondered if anyone can tell me which auctioneers handle properties from this area. I have bought property from auction before but living in Yorkshire I could do with a bit of guidance about the best places to look for property in South Devon.

In fact theres a Fulfords auction in Plymouth 4th/5th March.
