I started watching a film a few weeks ago on channel 4 i think - when I fell asleep and I have no idea what it was called.

I remember it was vaguely a mafia type thing. Set in somewhere like Sardinia - think mediterrian hot.

Man driving a car (black merc?) - picks up/sort of kidnaps oriental looking girl. They go from the garage in a cage lift up to his kitchen.

He goes to sleep and she rifles through his stuff. The next day lots of mafia types shoot at this house (sea in the background). They then send in some sort of bombs.

Man and woman escape down the lift into the garage into a diving chamber thing - sea under the property and dive out to the sea.

I have seen the Transporter and it was terrible !!

One of the worst films ever...it was obvious it was going to be terrible but I still had to watch it to the end, I felt that someone had stolen 2hrs of my life.

How on earth anyone would pay to produce a second and......a THIRD !!!!

wow !!

Actually, at the point of this sequence with the house being attacked, he has stolen a Merc S500 from the Mafia.

Ahem, fit birds(half naked in the second one) good cars, guns ,daft but well coriagraphed(complete guess at spelling) fight scenes.

What the hell else do you want from a film

ok ok plot, but fit birds over rules that one

I relt the same. I was with a group of people who were really enjoying it, so had to sit through the lot. The bit where he smothers hiself in engine oil to make himself slipperey and thus fight more people at the same time was utterly ridiculous. The OP should just watch Taxi 1 or 2 again & save himself the pain.

I thought it was pretty poor; not worth buying or renting unless you want a mindless car chase/punch up film.

Such a terrible film ,but oddly entertaining .However ,the second one is dreadful in every way - Audi obviously paid lots of money to be placed in the film ,because the S8 pulls some truly astonishing stunts and is never marked ,not once.

personally i like the transporter/taxi type films , they do what they are supposed to do and that is entertain !
they may not get the grey matter working , but that's not what they (and the majority of hollywood's output are about ) imho smile

The third one is OK, better than the second one by miles.

The second one was full of so much crap (bomb removal on a flying car using a hook block?) but 3 becomes a little more sensible.

I have entirely forgotten the plot though, which shows you how much of a memorable film it is!
