How much energy/KCals in a normal sized human? (Matrix)
Discussion
Watching the Matrix at the weekend (top film), and just wondered how many calories are actually contained in the human body; supposedly body puts out 1500 Kcals a day (heat I guess), but in the film when you no longer provide 'heating' your squished up and feed to the other 'batteries', but as they are constantly radiating heat surely there's a dimisihing return, and as the sky is 'scorched' no sunlight for photosynthesis etc, so where's the extra energy (food) come from? I must get through at least 5 kg of protein a week bare minimum, so the numbers dont add up.
I have so many questions...

king stupid. They'd be better off burning the food they use to keep their 'batteries' alive. A human is not an energy source. It's a way to turn chemical energy into low grade heat.Gassing Station | The Pie & Piston Archive | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
