The Nazis - In Colour
Discussion
Some interesting photos, and I think that the colour really adds something and makes them a lot more 'realistic'

The Nazis did have a smart line in uniforms.
(except for poor old Adolfs baggy trousers).
In a far right, facist dictator'ish sort of way. I must admit they cut a dash (except for poor old Adolfs baggy trousers).

Did anyone see the program where they used lip reading and face/mouth recognition technology to put words to the silent colour "informal" films of Hitler? They even uncovered a taped conversation between him and the Finnish leader covertly recorded by the Finns in a train carriage. His voice was so different and led to the belief that he treated public speaking like an actor, building himself up and projecting/shouting in a way he didn't normally speak. With the Finnish recording they could get someone who sounded like Hitler to put the words to the silent films.

I should have included a winking smiley after my post though to indicate humour, not seriousness.

I'm drawn to this one for some reason.

I think perhaps because every picture I've seen of AH has been of him scowling. Here, he's just a normal chap enjoying a joke. There's absolutely no sense of what an evil man he was - he almost looks like a decent fella.
