Have a friend who was working for one of the big Warm Front contractors. It stopped because the contractor ran out of money!

Apparently they bought themselves a nice new head office, and screwed up their cash flow, so all the sub contractors went unpaid for weeks at a time. Not sure if it took down the subcontractors but they happily helped themselves to everyone else's cashflow. fkers. I believe they stopped working on Warm Front contracts because they have nothing left in the bank for when they aren't paid.
