PARCEL TO GERMANY

Hi all, I have a parcel to go to Germany, it is an odd size, 1800 * 300 * 300mm but only weighs 15kg as it is fibreglass panels.
I can't beleive the cost of shipping, TNT have quoted on there website almost £200, tried UPS and DHL also expensive, too big for parcelforce, my local carrier says they don't carry fibreglass panels????
Has anyone any ideas?
