You could argue that having children is selfish. It's doubling your environmental impact on the planet and it's bringing someone into a st world. Not that I care. Sod the environment. bks to recycling. I'll be gone before it gets too bad anyway.

You can have as many children as you want. As long as you are able to totally financially support them. If you are on benefits then you should not be allowed any. (special circumstances permitted
