A question for americans

Me and my family shall be going to florida in april this year, specifically orlando 
Im 20 and i still look forward to disneyland Also i want to meet the guy in the tigger costume who groped a women and smacked a kid as they were having their phto taken with him 
he sounds like my kinda guy 
Anyways whilst we're over there id like to know if theres anywhere in orlando i could go to shoot some guns? Never shot one in my life, and i kinda want to know what all the fuss is about
Itd have to be somewhere where i can walk in and use some of theirs, i dont really want to have to buy one just to use it. And id rather not have to join a club to use one either. Also if possible, itd be nice to be able to try a few different types, and maybe some tuition so i dont shoot myself

Im sure one of my brothers "friends" would let me fire a few shots of a pistol for not alot of money, but im rather dubious of that.
Is there a minimum age? im not 21 till july, and i swear if you need to be 21 im gona scream! Was happily looking at renting something nice for a week out there, but you have to be bloody 21, even if i use my own insurance

Not sure about shooting, but to drink. There is a shooting range near the space centre in Orlando.
I am sure it is set up for visitors. (loaner guns, ear protecters etc)
21 for alcohol, not for guns draw your own conclusions, so no problems there.
I would advise not starting off with a .357, I'm not being unkind but not a lot of fun is had by missing
Try a 9mm first.
I've taken quite a few UK visitors shooting, after trying different calibres they always end up having more fun with 22s and shotguns.
Think safety.
Edit to add After you tried the big stuff, which I know you will, ask if they have silohette 22 rifle you'll probably fire a whole brick (500 rounds)

I was in their Apopka location. It's very modern and I was recommended it by a Floridian who shoots as a pastime - and flies WW2 fighter planes for a living!
Now, if you want a properly memorable experience try these guys out:

They fly WW2 T-6 trainer aircraft. I flew one this morning and had a blast! One of the most wonderful things that I've ever done.
If it's within you budget, go for an aerobatic flight. I promise you, it's worth every single cent.

I only went to one park, Universal, and then only for a day and the express pass was a great investment. I managed to get onto all of the major rides at both 'Universal Studios' and 'Islands Of Adventure', with time to spare.
Without the pass, I would never have been able to manage it.

yeah i lived next to disney from the age of 10 weeks to 4 years old, and ive been about 4 times since. We always use fasttrack, and its great when the normal people who have been queing for hours look at you like you are the devil mwhahahaha.
As for the shooting thing, id proably like to start as small as possible, and then work my way up if i can afford it.
This may sound childish but ive always wanted to fire off a round or 2 on the giant 50 cal berreta sniper rifle. I cant belive that thing is legal in the US if u use normal copper jacket rounds o.0
Or would noone have one of those?

They use bowling pins as targets and it looks fun to shread them - but a bit strong on the money for me.
As stated earlier, if you're a novice, don't start with a hand cannon. A .22 revolver or a 9mm Glock will get you aclimated pretty quick.

Someone beat me to it, but Shoot Straight was where I was going to send you, they are on 17/92 north of 436.. easy directions.. I-4 East to 436 towards Casselberry, then make a Left on 17/92.
Nice guys and you can rent some really powerful handguns if you want, they are helpful and glad to give advice. I have been there many times to practice target shooting.
