Anyone been to Brussels?
Discussion
If you are still planning, i would plan to go somewhere else..........
I went to Brussels with work about a month ago and to be honest there isnt a lot entertainment wise from what i saw........
The food and beer is good, as is some of the architecture, but in general terms i dont think its the best place to entertain that number of people.
I would go to Amsterdam, far far more to do, nicer place in general and well i love it over there!!

Brussels is okay for a beer sampling weekend and wandering around looking at chocolates for the missus but other than that I'd go somewhere else to entertain a sizable group of people. Amsterdam has some goofball museums and stuff to do other than "white widow".
As for team building try building and smoking a "white widow windmill"...

i went there for new year it was rubbish and very expencive. £9.00 for a pint in our hotel £6 in the pubs. Nothing much to do, once you've walked around for a couple of hours you've seen it all.
Having said that i think if you go any where with the right people you will have a good time. So save your money and go to Brighton/Blackpool, depending where you live.

Lived there for 9 months. Awesome city, but you have to get to know it. Centre is useless - best bars are out in the suburbs, best parties are stage parties organised by the commission.
Was great in my mid-twenties.
Useless for a weekend of team building though. Go somewhere else.
Agree with that. Used to live about 20 minutes outside of Brussels. It's not really a place you can arrive at an party, but once you get to know it, great city and country. Was great in my mid-twenties.
