What to do about politicians posting on PH
Discussion
without declaring their status?
If they don't post about politics, I don't care about their status, but if, as in the case of one current poster, a majority of his posts in the P&P are partisan, political posts (with access to (not very good) briefing materials from the party, I surmise), should he not declare his status?

Depends in my opinion. If they don't post about politics, I don't care about their status, but if, as in the case of one current poster, a majority of his posts in the P&P are partisan, political posts (with access to (not very good) briefing materials from the party, I surmise), should he not declare his status?
General good form would be to declare your interests in such an instance. However, if he is debating as a member rather than as a recruiting agent then fine-ish...I think...
