It happened to me a while ago when I had a Z4 (ok, don't laugh)

We (me & girlfriend) were out with a load of mates at the pub when we all went back to the mates house with a load of people to carry on the party, the Z4 was parked outside.

So we get into the lounge, crack open a few beers, stick the music on and everyone is sat on the floor. Then this bird who was quite nice asks the people within earshot who's is the BMW outside, someone points to me and says, "it's Bob's". She then nudges over a bit and snuggles right up to me! Looking like she was set for the night!

The missus on the other side of me didn't look best pleased though, doh!

Oh by a woman you mean? I thought you meant the police. No, never been picked up by a woman purely because of the car I drive but back in the 80's when I moved to a very small town and was the only non-white resident I did get picked up quite a few times by woman who were simply curious to "see if it's true what they say about black men"
And not wanting to disappoint a lady...

I got stoned then mugged them wink

When I had the 350Z, yes, on a number of occassions, mainly by very drunk British ladies out in Dubai for a holiday, of course, I am not one to refuse a lady a ride.

Sadly don't get that anymore in my WRX!

My sister-in-law started dating her now husband because he drove a Z3. A Z3! Not even the Z3M.
It's enough to make one weep.

I used to get some nice smiles when i had the cerb, but you would have to question what type of burd would be swayed by car smile Having said that, even an average looking girl looks hot in a sports car... and if she can drive too... lick

Two mates and me pulled up on our motorbikes in Brixham, I hadn't even locked the bike when Chris said "those girls are looking at us", and waved them over. We spent the next three days with them, they were from Norway, and very nice they were too.

Many years ago now I got picked up on the M25 junction 10 when I had my first chimaera.

All true, but unfortunately in the style of a certain Mr. flashman :

She waved I waved back I stopped she stopped we were together for 4.5 years until it ended in court with her suing me for half the house and wanting her rubber dress back ( I still have the solicitors letter framed )!!!

Fun 4.5 years though!!

In a rented merc SLK in a certain Eastern European country.
I stopped for petrol, having paid and on the way back to the car another car pulls up alongside and a very tasty girl jumped out with her phone camera at the ready. She has not spotted my yet at that point and proceeded to take pictures of the SLK.
She was giving me a "I want your babies" look once I got in the driver's seat. As tempted as I was to offer her a ride, the 3 rather masculine looking blokes in the car she has arrived in, did not seem like they liked her giving me so much attention, so my self preservation instinct has overriden my "shag as many hot birds as you can" instinct, so I turned the ignition on and drove off... frown

I found an old mini was best for this,
my BMW seemed to do the same too.
I drive a 1.1 fiesta now which doesn't have the same effect.

When I was younger in the pub I kind of got an offer from two ladies given my BMW was in the car park, the young lady I was currently dating was not as impressed as you might think.......

Now it seems that when I am in the TVR gentleman road users seem to indicate that I no longer have a female companion and must resort to self medicating.... Not sure that counts though...

Well, you may laugh, but I've had shouts and waves from the ladies in my Z3 :P

The girls love em!

I had one the day after I got the Tiv, pulled up at a roundabout and the car next to me dropped the window and said "what a fantastic noise, would you fancy dinner and some fun?" Now she was about twice my age and she hadnt aged well. I left her sat there and made a quick exit.
