A couple of comments...

Why use the Americanised 'z' in standardised?

This doesn't make sense to me 'and so business companies adapt dress clothes for their employees and executives in order to convey a positive, no-nonsense reputation to their clients and customers.' It sounds messy TBH and what are 'dress clothes'? Do you mean 'dress codes'?

Punctuation isn't very sharp, so sentences don't flow as well as they could.

Is that your website by any chance?

Wow. Corporate Suits. I honestly had no idea that such things existed.

The last time my employer provided me with clothes it was a brown nylon emsemble I wore whilst stacking shelves in Waitrose, circa 1990.
