0845 & 0870 numbers are now premium rate!!

According to o2, since September dialling these numbers from your mobile costs anywhere between 25p-50p p/min.

I rang to find out why my bill was so high, and this is the news I was told. Is this just me who dosn't know about this?

Yeah I know that one mate, didnt get anything to tell me the prices where going up other than another £280 in call charges - I call these numbers a lot from my mobile for work so expect big bills every month but an increase of £280 was a shock.

If they didnt have a monopoly on the iPhone id be long gone.

O2 in ripoff and st service scandal? Really?

Digressing a bit...I moved from Orange to O2 last November. Orange were fantastic, but I wanted an iPhone. What a disaster - terrible customer service and the real kicker - utterly dreadful coverage. Almost every call is dropped. Worst move I ever made and come the end of the contract I'm straight back to Orange.
