I've been looking at buying a low end home cinema system on Amazon this week and the price has gone from £160 to £155 to £149 (2am this morning). Now it's £178, with only 5 in stock. Seems there is a Ryanair type system of price management.

Anyone else have experience of this? I'm going to hold tight until they get a new batch in.

yes, you are right. I went to buy a tv from them and by the time i went and had a browse elsewhere the price went up £50 in a few hours. In my experience once they go back up they don't tend to come back down.

www.richersounds.co.uk are well worth a look for tv/cinema stuff.

Yes their prices vary a lot, I'm not sure how they are calculated but I imagine it's something to do with suppliers/ volumes. I've noticed it a lot with video games.
