How come il y a que longtemps je t'aime didn't get a nomination for Best Foreign? Was it released too late?

Haven't seen many of the hollywood flix but it looks like the same 5 nominated for each category, as usual..

Heath Ledger and Slumdog "Millionore" would both be deserving winners imo, Hollywood votes for itself though so if they are going to give the likes of Kate Winslet a statue, that will be our quota and best picture will go to Benjamin Button.

tongue out

Rest assured, should I venture westwards again, I will hunt you down.

If only for a decent pub recommendation tongue out

(And the King's Head, Britannia or Yankee Doodles don't count)

I meant over there biggrin

And, no, not got there yet. I do have a tete-a-tete scheduled tomorrow with someone who lives in Marchmont, but we have yet to settle on a venue. Sounds like just the ticket.
