Was I mad to mention to the girlfriend...

My personal trainer challenged me to a game of squash. I thought why not, so I booked a court and played squash with her.

I'm co-habiting with 2 kids. Mentioned it to the other half and she went nuts - but said it would have been alright had I been playing with a colleague.

Was I insane to think that my girlfriend could understand me playing squash with a female without getting into her knickers or is the girlfriend or jealous loon who couldn't even trust me to play some sport.

Clarification: One kids mine, the other's her son from previous marriage.

Personal trainer won by 2 games. No shirt swapping at end of game, might suggest it next time.

It was OK for her to be my personal trainer, now it might not be any more.

PS Yes she's fit and attractive. Girlfriend doesn't know that though.

Put it this way, if you didn't mention it and she found out you would be living in a hedge putting the fire out and you did mention it and it was wrong - you can't win on this one.
