broardband and sky/cable in a short term rental property?

Hi

Im moving into my new apartment tonight and would like to get wireless internet and some sort of sky/cable tv, but the likelyness is I will only be around for 6-10 months and most companys need a 12/18 month contract ect.

any suggestions (price is a big factor too)

You can get sky installed and just take it, Dish wires & all with you when you leave, that's what I did. Boradband is easily set up as well. you can take you contract to your new property by calling in a change of address.

I have a 3 dongle and frankly its slow.

And it will be me and 2 flatmates needing to connect up to the wi-fi.

Virgin broadband is on a monthly contract so would be perfect for you, not sure about the cable though?

Just called virgin and their broardband and tv are a min 12 months

Be Broadband don't tie you in for a long period, I think - you will need a BT line, but again I think the minimum period is 3 months for that so should be OK.

Sky? Get Freeview.
