Something tells me it must be at least England and wales. As I live in Wales.
Net exactly accurate either, as it lists my house with the date I bought it, but its over 10% under what I paid for it. (Does that make sense? "over 10% under"?)
I therefore wouldn't bank on the figures it is making up for you. added to the fact that house prices have been all over the place in the last 5 / 10 years

There's somewhere else...?(rescynic, you know fine well the rules about telling english folk about other places, if they find out theres other places they'll all be here clogging up our roads in caravans, drinking warm beer, morris dancing and having football riots)

Unfortunately it seems to be completely innacurate as it thinks the house next to ours that was a show house until about a week ago was sold in 2007.
Overall, I think it's pretty accurate. However website says:-
If you think that any of this information is incorrect please use this link to notify Land Registry.
Please make a note of the postcode and date of sale because you will need these to identify the property.

Depending on how long the site has been active, then it is possible that they agreed a sale when the site first opened, but only just completed.Gassing Station | The Pie & Piston Archive | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff

t I paid nearly £20,000 less for my flat than my neighbours yet they are all the same.
