Something tells me it must be at least England and wales. As I live in Wales.

Net exactly accurate either, as it lists my house with the date I bought it, but its over 10% under what I paid for it. (Does that make sense? "over 10% under"?)

I therefore wouldn't bank on the figures it is making up for you. added to the fact that house prices have been all over the place in the last 5 / 10 years

Unfortunately it seems to be completely innacurate as it thinks the house next to ours that was a show house until about a week ago was sold in 2007.

Overall, I think it's pretty accurate.

However website says:-

Quite a lot of houses aren't on there as well.. We've made offers on houses which were rejected but later sold, and the sale details never come up......... Sadly....

Depending on how long the site has been active, then it is possible that they agreed a sale when the site first opened, but only just completed.
