Goldfish question welfare question!!!
Discussion
I know, rather a weird question however my 5 year old daughter is not impressed.
Stig's symptom is a tail that has sort of fallen off and is now replaced by what looks to be a fuzzy mass of cotton wool like stuff. It's swimming around, not in the most efficient manner, but still capable of motion.
My thoughts were to hit it with a hammer and get another one however my daughter is quite sharp and may notice.
Do these things grow new tails? is that what's happening, or is it fooked and no longer for this world, and in which case, off I'll send it.
Sorry, bit odd I know and not my usual post

That's the one LP, Looks like stig has had it, unless he can reconstruct his whole arse end.
Thanks
Yep, sounds like fungus. And whilst he may not be able to regrow his tail per se he will learn to cope with whatever stumpy bits he has left.. As above, get the medication, and apply (make sure you follow the instructions). Thanks
