I had a quick look and decided it was a load of old crap and have never been back, just can't see the point in it.

It's a website where you have to tell the world what you are doing every waking minute.

e.g.

SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: It's 0830 and I just woke up
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: It's 0845 and I'm about to go for a shower
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: Just had a shower, now going for a dump.
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: Having breakfast before going to work
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: On the tube, sitting next to a smelly person
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: Got into work
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: Booted up computer, now twitting from work machine
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: Having lunch in 5 mins
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: Had pasta for lunch
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: Finished work, heading home
SomeMoronOnlineOnTwitter: On tube, hafl-way home

I signed up for facebook some time ago. A friend invited me on saying it was really good, so I thought I would give it a go.

I think I only used it twice, social network sites just don't do it for me.

What is the difference between facebook and twitter anyway. Oh, and what happened to friendsreunited?

twitter just seems to be status updates on facebook - but a bit more accessible I think.

It's a modern way for attention wes who think they are interesting to get more attention from cyber stalkers who are sad and have no life.

Seem to remember reading somewhere that the name was an acronym like tell when (or what) I'm talking travelling eating reading. That's about all the contact I've ever had with it and ever likely to.

I'm a sad tweeter #tdarra I have my twitter configured as private so if you want an insight to my boring life you'll have to request to follow me i think.

Perhaps a little ASW but for nosey people like me it's great, hah!
