Is it just me, or does Barak come across as the more authoratitive in this photo.

I feel embarrassed to have Brown as a leader - he is simply not a world class player.

No you just think that as you know that Brown is a muppet.

If you didn't know who was in the picture, you would just think it was a couple of colleagues. Nothing else. You are reading too much into these things.

I agree in a way, but the body language is very evident that one feels subordinate to the other

Obama has a natural authority , Brown just always seems uncomfortable with people

Total mess. Although I thought it was his ill fitting body.

Heard something on the radio about americans and their knowledge of Brown. Upon being shown his picture there was a lot of "eh? who?". They all knew Tony Blair though.

I think it's more that we know Brown is an incompetent muppet responsible for putting thousands of people out of their homes and so on. As said above, if you didn't know who they were, they just look like a couple of fellows strolling along having a chat. Barack does seem to carry himself with more, uh, decorum though.

What I see is a man using his hands to express what he is saying and another man who isn't very interested, or doesn't agree with what he is saying.

In that moment in time Obama looks bored stiff and GB looks desperate to impress....but that might just be my reading of it biggrin
