Online Raffle

I have a question. Suppose you wanted to start an online raffle site. Suppose you simply put up a picture of a brand new Trek Mountain bike worth 3 grand and say your raffling for this. Each ticket is merely $1 and you simply print it out. Then when you reach your desired quote you choose the winner, buy the bike and ship it to him, all the while keeping the profit. How would one go about that?
