Headphone recommendations for kids?
Discussion
Evening All,
We've got DVD players for the kids (aged 6 & 3) in the car. They came with in-ear headphones which the kids can't stand, so I'm trying to find an alternative.
Can anyone recommend a model of over-ear headphones where the headband will shrink down small enough to fit small children? Ideally something fairly mainstream, so that I've got a chance of being able to find them tomorrow from Argos or somewhere.

The only thing I can suggest is that you go for closed back headphones rather than open. If you have open headphones, there's a good chance that external noise will leak in interfere with the DVD audio, the kids will want to turn it up to compensate and they could end up damaging their hearing - but if you use closed back, it'llhelp to reduce it a bit.
