Bad idea isnt it? Epecially when the boss gives you a funny look after comeing back 2 hours late

Yes, but the boss was with us, so the only funny look was due to the beer.

We aren't 'allowed' to go the the pub at lunch time...

So we go to Asda on mass instead wink

even worse when you're 2 hours late and he's locked out of the office and is sat in the doorway looking mightily pissed off.......

I don't have direct contact with my boss but I still wouldn't have a drink at lunch time. Going up a tree with a chainsaw is dangerous enough to start with.

With mobiles, laptops and WiFi (or dongles if there's no WiFi at the hostelry) what reason is there to go back in the afternoon smile
