Is rubbish. Couldn't stave off having a snooze this afternoon, so I'm drowsy but awake. Arses.
Oh well - Sausage sarnie time.
Anyone got any tips for beating it quickly?

I know it is a bit late for this tip, but next time change the time on your watch to the destinations time as soon as you get on the plane so you get a few mor hours to adjust and do everything on the flight at the destinations time.

Well just come back from Buenos Aires and very jet lagged. No real tips as it seems to affect everyone differently. best to get very pissed and then sleep it off. This is my cure anyway. That or lots of sex to wear you out...
