Just had an idea when driving back from work, I wondered if there were any PH'rs that were young professionals, accounting/legal/consulting etc etc and would be interested in getting together for PH type meets or karting and the like.

Good for a bit of the inter-firm mingling and all that.....

Anyway drop me a PM if you like the idea, see if we can get something going? Who knows?

Surely anyone who has a job is a professional? I mean, they get paid for what they do....

Sounds scintillating but I'm middle-aged and thoroughly unprofessional.

Seriousy though - deciding who you mix with on the basis of their socio-economic aspirations is the road to hell! biggrin

I'm young - 24 years young.

Karting sounds like a great idea, definitely be up for it.

I'll be graduating this year. Probably a bit 'out in the sticks' so to speak up here in Glasgow though.

I interpreted it as:

I may be being made redundant, anyone about to socialise and network with so I'm not out of work for too long!

I read it as, I'm young and full of the st I tell people about myself, I earn a reasonable wage for someone my age and have what I consider to be an impressive title at work - which I like to tell my peers about.
I have aspirations almost as big as my ego and would like to socialise with other twunts like myself.
