Need to get my wife four tickets to this.
I have registered with Michael Jackson live - but as yet no pre-order promo code.

Any ideas where i can get tickets from without paying a premium?

I heard in the office the other day that these are going for £500 upwards!!!
not sure how much truth there is in that though.

The first 10 dates are already sold out out, and tickets dont go on sale to the general public until Friday

Best hope the code comes through soon and you get tickets but I would imagine all will be sold out before end of the day

Mixed news in the office here this morning, one lad got the promo code through and has secured two tickets at £50 each, however two other colleagues who applied for promo codes have not received anything as yet.

The Mrs and I both had promo codes and were both trying all morning. The ticketmaster site is a load of ste. Their system of putting you in a queue was pathetic. I was placed in the queue at bang on 7 am only to get a message saying "an error occured, please try again" after 30 mins of waiting. I tried for over 2 hours and the same thing kept happening - waiting in the queue and then getting kicked out due to an error. This was an error on their system and I even tried using two different computer but got the same error. After more 2 hours of this I then 'get through' only to be told that there a no more tickets available. What utter ste. What's the point of an automatated queue if it keeps crashing and you have to rejoin it? banghead

Watchdog were saying Monday that there are no tickets for sale yet for Michael Jackson and on line sites offering them already may well end up ripping you off as they won't have been able to secure them yet. I assume the best thing would be to check on his official website.

The official pre-sale started thi morning at 7 am. The 'general sale' starts Friday at the same time. I'm assuming that there were only a limited number of pre-sale tickets as, due to the fact they sold out, there would be little point in the general sale date.

I doubt he ever shows to these gigs...

The man is too fragile and too sick.

Or he'll do 1/2 songs and then walk away.

I got a text last night from o2 saying that they were doing pre relase and to text jackson to 2404. I did that got a code in about 10 seconds and went online at 7am to get tickets. I got mine after an hour trying £75 a seat though is quite a bit.

Used to like his music.

I cannot bring myself to put money into his dodgy little hands.

The only difference between him and Paul Gadd is that Jacko had enough money to buy his way out!!That is THE only difference, because there is a striking physical resemblance nowadays.

4 well postioned floor seats going on eBay for £7,000 buy it now.

£500 seems like the norm for general seats.

Perhaps you good people could help me. Yes, 'Thriller' was a pretty good video, but that was a long time ago and Jackson has since pretty well trashed his personal standing as well as making himself a laughing stock with ludicrous plastic surgery and skin treatment.

Can you explain why rational people would spend £500 per ticket to go and see him. Personaly if he came on my TV I would switch over. What is the attraction?

For about the same as four of these you can buy yourself corporate hospitality from Aston Martin at Le Mans. Would that not be a better investment? And if it is your OH who wants it, can you understand her psychology, and if not, wasn't marrying her a bit of a risk?

It's like a freakshow - paying money to watch that bleached, decaying old paedo sickens me.
