Rhetorical rambling I'm sure but why is it when watching new reports of any tragedy, some knob-end reporter always asks a survivor "How did you feel?".

How would watching your best mate get shot in the head and thinking you're about to go the same way make you feel? The answer's going to be "Pretty fking bad actually" so why the need to ask such a totally inane question?!

They just feel the need to sound important, and feel like theyre doing something. Just another symptom of the non-news we get. This is most apparent when there's a really big news story (IE- plane crash/twin-towers) they just spend all day looking serious/concerned and repeating the obvious as though you havent heard it a million times already.

We should turn them all to soap.

Yep. They had some woman on there whose husband had been killed by yobs. So, how did you feel when you saw your husband's battered body? Well, rather good actually, he was well insured and the mortgage will be paid off, plus it means my lover now can move in like we wanted.......... (At least, one day one of them has to say that)... I mean FFS how do they think these people feel???

I had a customer in my car last week and she has been on the TV a lot lately due to her son being killed in Afghanistan frown
Anyways, she has been promoting various ex forces charitys and basically fighting for better treatment for other sons, daughters, dads and mums in the armed forces. thumbup

She did an interview recently and the "reporter" said "So, whats it like being a celebrity" eekconfused WTF!

Idiot
