Returning Goods to Electrical Retailer.. What are my rights?

Yesterday i took a day off to buy a new gaming chair..

You know the ones.. In built speaker etc..

A shop which sounds like Hurries, had a good deal on one...

Get it home to find it smells vaguely of pi55... and the speakers don't work..

Can i return it and ask for my cashback.. or will they simply swap it for an unsoiled one?
