It sickens me that this guy has been awarded 400k in damages for two cut fingers, when our servicemen and women that gets thier arms/legs blown off whilst serving for our country get a slap in the face.
Im not saying they don't get anything, but what they do get is nowhere near enough, IMHO

Let me get this straight.....
He cut his fingers on a knife somewhere between 6-7 years ago.
He claims he can no longer work due to some syndrome.
He's not HIV positive, nor does he have Hep b
He hasn't worked for 6-7 years.
He's shown on film undertaking activities fo daily living.
Some judge has said that hey thats ok and dropped £400k in his lap.....
First they should kill the bloke, then they should kill the judge.

for those of you that didn't get that......In Der's new non demoocratic system, claims like this won't get out of the starting blocks. Instead people who try it on will be put down. Judges and the legal profession will become simple servants to the local lord, giving advice, but unable to pass judgement.
The law of common sense will prevail.
