Mobile phones in cars

Looks like its now illegal to use your handheld mobile even when stationary and parked up now after a recent court appeal!

The guy who made the appeal was caught praked up on the side of a roundabout and tried to prove that he was safely parked whilst making his call. That stupidity has led to further legal restrictions ..... numpty !

As long as you're parked in a designated parking area you will be fine. This is to stop people stopping on the side of the road or at junctions to take/make a call and becoming a hazard. Where would one eat a sandwich or take a short nap otherwise ?
