Spotted! PH sticker on Blue Peugeot Near Rouen....

We could not get close enough to read all of the reg plate (Mrs M driving, too close to our exit to race), but we saw a blue Peugeot on the A13 heading towards Paris, near Rouen, yesterday (Tuesday 14th). The reg plate was from the Paris area...
