Good Autoban to max my car?

Hi All, I'm in Switzerland on holliday and we are going home via Germany next week. Is there a good route I should take to try and max my car out? John.

If you're going back starting further east the Lindau-Ulm motorway is great as well

While not en route between Switzerland and the UK, A31 up north is also good for maxxing a car since straight, flat and mostly deserted outside the main summer holiday assault on the islands.

Hi all, well I'm home. We came on the A81 Singen to Stuttgart and others, but too many road works and too much traffic. We hit 150mph a couple of times but had to back off because of traffic. Thanks for you advise. John.

I went on that road on saturday, midday and first day of the school holidays and it was practically deserted....one to remember methinks.
