How far in advance do you reckon the Dutch club need to book the circuit?

Martin, are you going? A few usual suspects from Aberdeen will be going, hopefully date announced very soon so we can book ferry and leave.

Certianly am.... Can't wait to get back there. I had a blast when I had the Griff. Looking to do a double header with a quick stop at the 'Ring before heading down to Zolder.

Believe Baz will be joining us via his excursions in France....

Cheers

Yip, plan is to finish off a european, or possibly just France, road trip holiday in the T350t with the last few days at Zolder and return via Imuiden/Newcastle.
Just need the Zolder date to make arrangements. Hopefully it will be posted soon.
Regards
Baz

Not the same weekend as last year then as there is a WTCC event on 19/20th June and they will be practising on Friday.

With Le Mans the week before, my money is on the week end of the 26th June, with the track day being the 25th. You heard it here first and next year come here first for the up to date crystal ball reading!

Is your money on it sufficiently to book it? wink

Hi Neil,

Hope you are well.

I would be interested with when you are looking at arriving and where. Are you going to go to the ring first?

I am coming along with a mate Tim whom has a Orange Sag - "Mr Orange" also been talking to Graham Varley who might come along with us in his Sag.

Paul..........

Excellent - could be quite a healthy contingent going from Aberdeen. Looks like the 'Ring is open for an evening session on Tues or Wed prior to Zolder. Might consider travelling on the Sunday/Monday. Reckon we need a planning 'session' soon!

This could be a rather large Sag convoy, we should practice the Le Mans starts too!! Tentative plans would be to travel on the Sun/Mon Newcastle to Ijmuiden Ferry then head down to the Ring. Stay over 1 or 2 nights at Hotel Am Tiergarten. Ring appears to have Tourist Evenings that week, usually 6pm to 8pm, time to get 4 laps in. Travel to Heerlen on Thursday vie Michael Schumacher Kart circuit in Kerpen.

It's only 4 hours to Nurburgring from Amsterdam to quite easy trip. I will drop you a mail once we have some dates planned. Will be great to see you!

Hi Neil,

That sounds good to me and I am sure Tim will be in, Graham is confirming soon. We will need to work out the best place to meet up as I imagine there may be a ferry from Felixstow for us? We want to have a blast back through Germany, France and Belgium so may come back a different way if the price is not too bad or we can come that way and then drive across to meet you guys.

Pretty sure you have my email or PM me through here when you have your plans sorted.

Paul.........
