Is that really an 86? Ruby red was a later colour iirc and the Saab badging on the bonnet was 90 on I thought (certainly on turbos, maybe not on the n/a thinking about it!).

Anyway, lovely colour combo, very nice choice for a first car! Let the tinkering commence!

Also unlikely to be an 86' with a side-repeater. The earliest ones with side repeaters were 1987.
