Are these rare?

I have a 1999 Saab 9-5 SE estate 3.0l V6 turbo. Petrol.
Somebody told me that these were as rare as hens teeth - can anybody expand on this for me and suggest what it's worth.

4 on Autotrader at the moment, only 1 is an Estate @ £2,250 / 122k miles / 2002.
