Where is the heating fan thermal fuse? 9-3

Hello

My interior fan only works on setting 4 (manual aircon). I've done soem digging and found that it is most likely to be the thermal fuse.

However I can't find the bugger!!!

I've found some pic of it on 9000 but not where it is on my 2000 9-3
