That would probably have been me. I was in that area at that time - I was heading cross-country from Hedge End up to Fleet, via Alton, as the M3 was very snarled up.

I saw a Chimaera and a Blue Tuscan (presumably you?) whilst on that journey, which was unusual. Must have been the day for a drive in a TVR.

I went past a Chim in the centre of West Meon on that day, in the middle of the right/left turn by the thatched cottage so didn't have time to wave as I went past.
I was heading south towards Wickham in the Cerb.

Very likely. I'd have been heading down to Hedge End from Fleet at just before 7am.

Yes that was me in the Tuscan
Didn't see any other Tivs but saw a few classics (Healey and an old MG plus some Caterfields)
My son has moved to Bitterne and just love the run down from Odiham via Alton and Corhampton.
With the sun out you can't beat it
But don't tell anybody. 😜😛
