It's just an automated email that I get when one of their properties fits my criteria.
This one looks as if the rooms are rather small.

That's my car! 'Spotted' at last.

I'm renting in the development for a couple of weeks before I move into my new place. I'm not in the flat advertised though. Nice development.

And no I'm not an anerexic King Kong :-)
