A light blue Chim (Y499 UDT) on Ecclesall road South about 6pm ish thursday evening.Anyone on here?

Seen it again TWICE on saturday, so must live near me. At 4pm he was parked up in the bus layby opposite the Bowshaw pub and coming back up Woodseats at 6pm. Might be the one i saw chasing the Beemer.
