Tuscan as above, joined four of us on the M1 for a while when we was on our way to Donnington Park.

Nice car, looked in my mirror and saw a purple Tuscan, then when you past us it was a blue Tuscan, what colour is it.
I like it.

It's a lotus colour - Azure Blue but it depends on the how it's catching the light as it's got a purple tint to it. Looks better clean though!

Hey Tony,

It's pretty good - had a few annoying niggles, but they're worth it. How's the Tam?

Yep Tam is fine, getting on with it a bit more now, it was just a culture shock after the brutality of the Tuscan, although the Tuscan (well certainly "our" one)is quicker in a straight line the Tam probabily has the edge point to point, what niggles are you encounting? (probabily the passenger door again??)

Yeah passenger door dropped on the hinges and the window still doesn't go up on it's own. Most irrtiating thing was one of the rear indicators playing up - it worked when it wanted which made driving that much more interesting. Replaced the battery and got a new LCD display as you suggested and other than that it's been brilliant.

Roof off over the summer was incredible as before I wasn't really fussed by convertibles but I am a convert. It's brutally quick and I'm still scared of it.

It gets a lot of comments and interest about the new grill that you put on. Makes it stand out from the crowd!!!!

Glad you got used to the Tam - they sound better than the tuscan for some reason.

That's the one - the newer tuscans indicators are screwed in to stop that happening. Took it to a sparky and got him to sort out some dry solder and fix the loose wires. The problem was that as it was summer I didn't have the rear screen in and couldn;t tell if the indicator was working or not

ahh well the joy's of TVR's

Hi peekay6, I was the one at the back of the four tiv's on the M1. I Must say I was surprised to see another TVR closing in on us. As you say it's not often you see another TVR and then 4 come along. I too like the colour of your Tuscan, and we had an excellent day at Britcars at Donington.
