Yellow Griff, M4, Broken down? Accident?

Hi

On way back from London and saw yellow griff that had broken down/had a rear end shunt? Was stuck in the middle lane. Hope everyone was ok anyway and no damage was caused etc.

Just behind was a green S and then a bit further on a silver griff.
