Spotted that as well, the filming is on roads around Lewes, Sussex Police HQ.
The road the Police car turned off was the A22 just outside Uckfield onto a narrow lane that leads to Ringmer. I am not aware of anybody locally with that car although it might have been Reverend before he painted his SEAC in Gulf racing colours.
