best supplier of LSS for S2 111s

I'm looking at getting the LSS (spring/damper units & Swaybar) for my 111s. Does anyone know the most competitive supplier in the UK?
Before anyone says get nitrons... I'm not sure I could set up nitrons (car does a track day every 6 weeks at most)for road use well enough to match the lotus LSS...

If you can set up the car for LSS you can set it up for Nitrons, I've got them on my car and they really are the best of both worlds, slightly firmer ride but they are adjustable so you can wind them up at the track and back them off for a smooth ride home.

LSS is main dealer only IIRC.
Nitrons are available from Eliseparts.com, elise shop Hangar 111, lotus ecosse etc etc

thanks Bogie- thats 500 quid cheaper than I've found at places like hangar-111 and bell & covill (thats whats great about the net!)
thanks Dan and the rest of you guys for the comments on Nitron. I guess my biggest concern with nitron is are they really able (as a small company) to manufacture (design/test) a shock absorber/spring in the same way Bilstein/eibach can...
I checked the nitron web site (pretty flash so to speak), and I know they are pretty popular- and they are about 60% of the price of the LSS kit... am i paying for just the bilstein/eibach name with the LSS? or am I paying for Lotus engineering input (and handling is what their reputation is built on).
I guess that's my real quandry..

yeah...but for most Elise drivers, the std setup is fine, the LSS is the danglies...and Nitrons just give you adjustability ...is that worth nearly double the price?
Im still not sure what to go for myself - may just go LSS for the use I give it i.e. occasional trackday where I can barely drive the std car to the limit !

I'd go for Nitrons for a couple of reasons :
- They are serviceable, so they don't ever need replacing (just servicing).
- You can setup for road or track without needing any skill, just click a knob. LSS is a compromise for either usage.
Also bear in mind that the guy who designs the nitrons was poached from Racing Dynamics and it uses a design very similar to their stuff. Its a good damper so no concerns on that front.
With an S2 however, I'd maybe wait a bit and see what lotus offers on the ohlins front. They are too adjustable for most though, but if its like the VXR you'll get a little book with the correct settings for various situations which should be about the best.

I have one of the first sets of the current generation of Elise Nitrons on my car, and have done for the last 40K miles (including plenty kerb jumping on track, general jumping on the road ;-)) . . . I'll be having them serviced this year probably, they haven't been touched since I fitted them all those miles ago, no leaks, noises, nothing, just reliable service . . . I cannot recommend them highly enough . . .
Their reliability speaks volumes about the quality of what you are buying . . .
