A bit lazy of me but ive had my 111R for 2 months and as yet i hasnt been near a track, does anyone know of the best tracks in the south to go to?

Try Brands Hatch GP circuit if you can but it might be hard to book as they can only use it for a limited amount of days each year. The Indy circuit is also ok especially Paddock Hill Bend.
Failing that I always enjoy Castle Coombe, it's a very fast track, it was even faster before they added the chicanes. Tower corner was a real ballsy corner with practically zero run-off. But it is still a very good circuit to drive.

try joining www.seloc.org - cheap and well organised trackdays, good atmosphere and friendly peeps etc

The tracks Phoenix recommends aren't exactly what I'd choose for my first track day!

I'd try to get on a Bedford day to start off with.

Yes Dan or an Airfield.

Depending on your experience www.1stlotus.co.uk is VERY good to learn your new cars limits.
