Try Christopher Neil - IIRC they're in Birmingham which is a bit better I suppose

Sorry I didn't remember correctly - Chris Neil is in the North West somewhere, Nick Whale is Birmingham - sorry!

No use as to where but I hired one before I bought mine & could only do 125 miles a day so don't expect to be able to do lots of miles unless you pay for the extra mileage.

Got anything you want to tell me mate
Can't you try for an 'extended test drive' out of a localish 'festival of speed' type place

Its for a good friend/neighbour of mine, a good 'steady' type chap, 30, married with child, national account manager for a wine retail distributer, couldnt recommend him enough, i would lend him my TVR, but he prefers Lotus, really wants to buy, but is very cautious. He would pay for the priveledge.

Name your price

Has he been to any of the local dealers, I know one of them is pretty clueless but getting a test drive is easy enough, and if you can talk the talk with them I would think an extended 'take it home for the weekend' type test drive with him sorting out his own insurance, etc, wouldn't be out of the question

Well - seeing as you're in the mood for hiring out your cars, how much for the Diablo?

Raceboy, are you thinking of a certain dealer renown for his 'Festival of Locked Cars in Showroom'?
