Lyte & Wakefield any good?

Morning chaps, just joined since i'm on the verge of purchasing a s2 111s elise. It has 18k on it and has had the last two services at lyte and wakefield in Enfield. I hadnt heard of these guys before, just barry ely and lakeside. And there's virtually nothing on the web on them. So... Are they any good? Whats your view on resale value of cars that havent been main dealer serviced?

Not heard of them before, are they Lotus specialists, or any old garage? Got any more info?

said they were a lotus specialist on the stamp, all that i could find on the web was a brief mention on an esprit forum and the usual business directory web pages that didnt mention lotus...

Perhaps they're more into Classic Lotus, that would explain why their name isn't known on the Elise forums. Well so long as the car is sound I don't see a problem with you not knowing the people who serviced it. In my experience Specialists do a much better job than main dealers.
