Are their any ladies on here who drive a lotus Elise regularly? If so, what are they like to drive?

There are quite a few female Elise owners, and plenty more who regularly drive their partner's car. It is a very easy car to drive, but Mrs Bonce finds that even with the driver seat as far forward as it'll go, she can't quite comfortably reach the pedals so she drives with a pillow behind her - and that's fine.

Thinking of getting one? G'wan!

We went to see some yesterday, and I sat in one and could reach the pedals fine, it also seemed very comfortable and secure.

Bit of an arse getting in and out of one though, especially when one doesn't put the seat back

My other half drives mine and loves it, actually driving it is very easy and she remarked that it feels like an ordinary car - not difficult at all.

The only problem she has is getting in, wearing a skirt and maintaining her dignity.

Thinking of replacing the MX-5? You know you want to

Last 2yrs more and more women have been buying them, biggest issue for them is the high sills definately a trousers only car!

S2's are easier to get in and out, and roofs are much simplier (though no where near as easy as MX-5 etc)

You could get away with wearing a skirt, just make sure you have your best pair of knickers on

Excellent attitude - I've had a couple of ladies in el Beast both with varying skirt lengths - net result was both apparently exposing their naughty-bits... I was too busy being the perfect gent to notice of course!

To be honest, if you get in fast enough whats the big deal, just be extra cautious when going commando

Not me mate, and she's the ex now anyway! She loved the car, just daren't drive it for some reason. Shame really 'cos it's a doddle.

Raify's missus has driven it and loved it (she's about 5'3 I think) - found it a bit daunting at first but then settled in and realised what a joy it is.

Incidentally, anyone know any tasty looking single lassies in need of a well-mannered, Elise-owning, dude-about-town boyfriend?

Hello Sailor!

I think your furtive imagination will find just such delights here...

...probably the only person you're likely to pull in the near future. Apart from your muscle bound friend at the gym maybe of course - do they like it that you're skinny and weedy looking?
